The 3-axis machining center can automatically complete edge milling, thickness setting, shaping and polishing in one operation. Importing DWG files, it can process and change tools automatically, with fast movement and precise positioning. It can process the side edges of slabs, basin holes and curve shape edge. 1. Use ball screw on X, Y, Z axis and drive by screw nut, with high precision, low failure, and easy maintenance.
2. X, Y, Z axis use precision linear slide guide rail with high positioning accuracy and low friction.
3. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, it oils at fixed intervals, effectively protecting machinery, reducing failures, and ensuring stable long-term operation.
4. The Z-axis is equipped with a dual-cylinder counterweight system (top and bottom), which reduces mechanical stress, extends service life, and effectively boosts operating speed.
5. Use oil cooler system for spindle, to improve its lifespan and stability. With oil temperature alarm, it is safe to protect the spindle.
6. Water can flow out from center of spindle motor, for improving brightness of polishing and reducing tool wear.
7. Use Italian software. It can import DWG file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate.
8. With removable handheld controller, it's easy for tool setting and operation.
9. Integrated base structure for durability. Hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust.
