7-Axis CNC Sculpting Robot

The HYRB-7A 3D 7-axis robot is a secondary development product of automated integration, designed specifically for 3D stone carving processes based on KUKA robots. It adopts the offline programming system SprutCAM to realize automated processing of complex 3D sculptural shapes, with flexibly configurable settings. It boasts advantages such as high working speed, high precision (high-speed axes integrated on the arm), multi-functionality, automation, and easy operation. Currently, it has accumulated core technologies in the fields of round carving and relief carving, including irregular stone carving, gypsum product carving, foam product carving, ceramic molds, and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) products.

Built on KUKA robot platform, the 7-axis design eliminates singularity issues, enabling complex sculpting (e. g., hollowing, relief). 24,000 RPM high-frequency spindle with diamond tools ensures accuracy within ±0.1mm. Laser scanning creates 3D stone models in 10 mins, reducing material waste by 50%. The intelligent start stop technology of servo motors saves about 25% energy compared to traditional carving equipment, and reduces dust and noise hazards by 90%.
