1. High Efficiency & Labor Saving
Automatic loading and unloading mode, synchronous assembly-line operation for multiple processes, enabling efficient production. Only one worker is required to operate the entire line, reducing labor costs while improving working conditions for greater safety and environmental protection.
2. High material yield
The machine head is equipped with vacuum suction cups for automatic slab movement, preventing overcutting and improving material yield. Configure camera, intelligent layout maximizes material usage and reduces waste.
3. High safety
There is no need for manual heavy labor; the machine automatically loads and unloads slabs, avoiding safety risks associated with the manual handling of large, thick, or cracked slabs.
4. Multifunctional
This 4-axis cutting machine integrates multiple advanced functions. It can automatically cut standard-sized panels, supports DXF file import and intelligent layout to improve material utilization. The cutting head rotates freely within±185°, enabling cutting of trapezoids, rhombuses, circles, bullnose edges and other irregular shapes. Optional 5-axis cutting head, tiltable 0-90°, for chamfering, drilling, milling, grooving, etc.
5. High precision
The X, Y, and Z axes are all driven by servo motors with precision linear guides, finely machined components, and a high-strength frame structure. Key components are sourced from imported brands, ensuring high precision and stability.
6. Strong cutting power
The main motor uses an 18.8 kw permanent magnet motor with a variable frequency drive, providing strong cutting power, energy savings, and good stability.
7. Wide applicability
The main machine speed can be adjusted anywhere between 0 and 6000 RPM based on different materials. It can cut various types of slabs, including marble, granite, quartz, rock slabs, microcrystalline stone, and tiles.
8. Automatic lubrication and maintenance control system
Effectively protects machine operation, reduces failures, and extends service life.
9. Equipped with an industrial-grade camera for texture processing
Allowing the operation to avoid defects in the slabs during layout for convenience.
